If you haven't received a tracking number yet, please contact us through our Contact Form. We will reach out to our Fulfillment Center to check if modifications are still possible. You’ll receive an update within 24 to 48 business hours regarding the status of the modification.
Tracking Number Has Been Emailed
If the shipment status shows as "Label Created" or "The shipment notification has been sent," please contact us via our Contact Form so we can check with our Fulfillment Center about possible modifications. We will update you within 24 to 48 business hours on whether the modification can be made.
Important Note on Shipment Status
Once the shipment status changes from "Label Created" or "The shipment notification has been sent" and the parcel has already left our Fulfillment Center, we can no longer guarantee a modification, as the item is in transit. However, we will do our best to assist and try to resolve the issue.
