Occasionally, packages are returned as undeliverable for various reasons:
A package might be returned as undeliverable due to one of the following issues:

Incorrect or Outdated Address: The address you provided may be wrong, or it could be out of date. The courier will typically store the package for a certain period before returning it to us. Always double-check your address when placing an order.

Incorrect Shipping Address After Shipment:
- If the wrong shipping address was provided after the order has shipped, please submit a ticket via our Contact Form. We will evaluate the situation and determine if a replacement is possible. Please note that replacements are not guaranteed as all sales are final and refunds cannot be issued.

Incorrect Shipping Address Before Shipment:
- If you contacted us before the order was shipped with an incorrect address, submit a ticket so we can explore the best solution and correct the issue.

Spelling Errors in Address:
- If the address contains a minor mistake (e.g., "Loa Angeles" instead of "Los Angeles"), there’s a good chance that your local post office can still identify the correct address. Please reach out to them for further assistance.

Incorrect Street Name, Zip Code, or City:
- In cases where the street name, zip code, or city are incorrect, we will contact the local post office on your behalf to make the necessary corrections. If this isn’t possible, we’ll send a replacement.

Address Format or Carrier Issues:
- Our system may not recognize how the address was entered, or the package might have been assigned to a carrier that cannot deliver to that address.

Restricted Address:
- If the address is to a restricted location, such as a prison or correctional facility, there may be limitations on the carrier’s ability to deliver the package.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
- Most carriers make multiple attempts to deliver a package. If they are unable to complete the delivery, the package will be returned to us.

Recipient Refused Delivery:
- If a recipient, not expecting a package, refuses the delivery, it will be returned to us.
Re-shipping Policy:
We are unable to re-ship orders returned to us for the reasons listed above, with the exception of address errors that were communicated before shipment. If you would like to receive the same item(s), please place a new order on our website. -
